Checks the live org for personal-data fields without history tracking and for Field Audit Trail retention that is too short.

SF-FIELD-AUDIT-001 | High | A field named like personal data has history tracking off. |
SF-FIELD-AUDIT-002 | Medium | A retention policy keeps under 18 months of full data or under 10 years of archive. |
SF-FIELD-AUDIT-003 | Low | No retention policy is configured. Reported once. |
Personal data is judged by field name, not content, using the same list as org effective-perms. Managed-package fields are skipped. Field values and history records are not read.
